These terms apply to all orders placed with Backwater Performance Systems ("Backwater Performance," "we," "us") through backwaterperformance.com, by phone, or in person. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders and pricing
- All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including orders with pricing or listing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.
- Product photos are for reference. Actual products may vary slightly.
Processing and shipping
- Please allow 2–3 business days for processing and shipping, including expedited orders. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Shipping and delivery times shown at checkout or on product pages are estimates, not guarantees. Once an order leaves our shop, delivery timing is up to the carrier, and we are not responsible for carrier delays.
- Expedited shipping speeds up transit time only. It does not shorten the 2–3 business day processing time. See Expedited Shipping Information.
- Oversized items and some specialty items are not eligible for free shipping offers and may ship at calculated or freight rates.
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
- If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us right away so we can help with a carrier claim.
Returns and warranty
Returns, refunds, and warranty claims are handled according to our Refund Policy and the Warranty / Returns page.
Product use
Performance parts, propellers, and motor components should be installed and used according to the manufacturer's instructions and all applicable laws. Backwater Performance is not liable for damage or injury resulting from improper installation, modification, or use.
